Refund Policy

Custom prospect lists require research and review for the buyer's selected niche, geography, lead count, and filters.

Before Research Starts

If you made a duplicate purchase or ordered the wrong credit pack, contact hello@uslocalleads.com promptly. A refund or order adjustment may be considered if research has not started.

After Research Starts

Refunds are generally not available once custom research, list building, data review, or other fulfillment work has started because time and resources have already been committed to the request.

If a project has not been completed, US Local Leads may consider a practical scope adjustment or account credit depending on the work already performed.

After CSV Delivery

Refunds are generally not available after a CSV has been delivered. The product is a custom research file that cannot be returned in the same way as a physical item.

A low reply rate, no closed deals, no appointments, no rankings improvement, or other campaign result is not a basis for a refund because US Local Leads does not guarantee outreach or business outcomes.

Material Delivery Issues

If the delivered file is unreadable or materially differs from the confirmed niche, geography, lead count, or agreed scope, contact us promptly with a clear description of the issue.

When appropriate, US Local Leads may correct, replace, or supplement affected rows. Any remedy depends on the specific issue and the confirmed order scope.
