US Local Leads delivers custom local business prospecting lists as CSV files based on the scope confirmed for each request.
Delivery Format
Completed lists are delivered as CSV files through the contact or delivery method associated with the order. Buyers should provide an accurate email address and monitor relevant inbox and spam folders.
A CSV may include business name, phone, website, address, category, review count, rating, and outreach notes where available.
Timing
Delivery timing depends on the niche, geography, lead count, requested filters, field availability, and the amount of manual review required.
A narrow request in one niche and one city may be completed faster than a broad, multi-city, specialty, or heavily filtered project. Any timing estimate is an estimate rather than a guaranteed deadline unless confirmed in writing for a specific order.
Scope and Communication
Research begins from the request details provided by the buyer. If the scope is unclear or a requested filter is not practical, US Local Leads may contact the buyer for clarification or recommend an adjusted scope.
Delays caused by missing request details, an invalid email address, or a buyer's late response are outside the original delivery estimate.
Review After Delivery
Buyers should inspect the CSV promptly and report a material delivery issue, such as an unreadable file or a clear mismatch with the confirmed niche or geography, by emailing hello@uslocalleads.com.
Business information changes over time, so delivery does not guarantee that every field will remain current after the research date.
